Eligibility for Returns

Customers may request a return within 7 days of receiving their order if:

• The item arrived damaged
• The wrong item was delivered
• The product has a manufacturing defect

To qualify for a return:

• Items must be unworn and unused
• Original tags and packaging must remain intact
• Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for returns or refunds:

• Worn or washed products
• Sale or clearance items
• Gift cards
• Customized or limited-edition pieces unless defective

Refund Process

Once your return request is approved and the item is received and inspected:

• Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method
• Refund processing may take 5–10 business days depending on your payment provider

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the issue was caused by HiTBay Apparels.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are:

• Defective
• Damaged
• Incorrectly delivered

If you need an exchange, please contact us before sending any items back.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

• The wrong item was sent
• The item arrived damaged
• The product has a confirmed defect

We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns.

Order Cancellations

Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase, provided the order has not already been processed or shipped.

Refused Deliveries

Orders refused upon delivery or abandoned during customs clearance may not qualify for a full refund.

Any return shipping fees, customs charges, or handling fees may be deducted from the refund amount.

Chargebacks & Fraud Prevention

HiTBay Apparels reserves the right to investigate suspicious payment activity, fraudulent claims, or abusive refund requests.

Accounts involved in fraudulent activity may be restricted from future purchases.
